Excellent fast delivery

Delivery was slow however Blacks chased them up for me.

Promising next day delivery but partners with Evri which are known for their poor courier services. It seems as though Blacks only use this as a cost saving method. Still have not received after 4 days. The phone support is dated and unhelpful and I have not received any response to my email which I would thought should be prioritised.

Dropped into store to browse for a gift for the other half. Very helpful advice from Shirley regarding sizes of clothing and also the many options regarding the returns or exchange choices if I had bought something unsuitable.

Went in for a brouse. Had a look at round. Staff attentive but not in your face. Have been looking for pac waterproof for lad. Found one For $15, Katie was very helpful while son tried on and patient while we debated putting it over-blazer.

I needed a new backpack. There was a good selection to choose from with a wide price range. Shop assistant came across and gave some advice then left us to compare in peace. I do hate it when they stand over you and make no contribution. Chose a North Face one for the comfortable straps novel back pockets, good size pockets for my 11" circumference water bottle and various inside compartments. Another assistant then found a rain cover for the backpack. Lastly, he gave me a discount that was advertised on the online site.

Bought a self inflatable air lounger and within minutes it was ripped
